Surrounded by lemon trees and fields of lavender, Finca Serena is a mix between luxury and simplicity nestled in Pla de Mallorca, Spain.
The newest addition to the Único Hotels portfolio is a peaceful retreat where calmness and privacy reign supreme surrounded by Mediterranean nature. Olive trees, cypresses, lavender, lemon trees, pines and 10 hectares of autochthonous grapes – a place where nature is uninhibited, where real flavours can be rediscovered through the simplest of the foods, the fruits of the surrounding landscape. A series of whitewashed stone buildings are hiding comfortable and elegant rooms, suites and a private detached villa. Pilar Garcia-Nieto, the group’s director of interior design, and Mallorcan architect Sergi Bastidas choosed for the space a white theme with earthy tones combined with natural materials like linen, rustic stoneware and wood. The result blends the traditional aspects of a finca with sophisticated modern details.
The serene experience continues at Restaurant Jacaranda, where chef Cristian Peguero’s daily changing menus are inspired by ingredients from the estate’s three vegetable gardens. His dishes combine traditional and local flavours with contemporary twist and are accompanied by a wide selection of wines and cocktails. In the estate you’ll also find the Serenity Spa with an indoor pool, sauna, hamam, private yoga classes, meditation zones and the best treatments and massages by Natura Bissé. An outdoor pool and a running circuits amidst the nature complete the space dedicated to wellbeing.
The island is full of contrasts: open countryside and mountains, beaches and cliffs, nature and tranquillity, villages filled with life. But Finca Serena is the perfect place to disconnect from our daily routine and connect with the best version of ourselves.
